Overnight Oats

overnight oats

½ c. old-fashioned oats

1 tbsp protein powder (optional)

1 tsp maple syrup

1 c. milk or soymilk

1/4 c. Greek yogurt

1/8 tsp cinnamon 

2 tbls. finely chopped walnuts (or 1 ½ tbsp. ground flax seed)

How to Prepare

Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with a lid. Stir well and refrigerate overnight or at least 5 hours. Add fruit of your choice just before serving.

No need to cook!

Keeps in the fridge for up to 5 days.
